Situated in Comai County, Shannan, Xizang Autonomous Region, at an average altitude of 4,300 meters, the project is expected to generate 60 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually after completion, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 49,500 tons per year. The completion of the project has facilitated the efficient utilization of land resources, contributing to the improved local ecological environment.
