Recently, the first BOPP film production line introduced by the SUMEC-ITC of Sumec Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SUMEC) for Hubei Yongrun Film Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yongrun Film) was officially put into operation, which can achieve an annual output of 50,000 tons of BOPP film, injecting strong momentum into the company’s production capacity and efficiency improvement.
The production line put into operation this time is the first production line of the key project of Hubei Province and the Yongrun Film Products Project, which plans to install 4 BOPP film production lines, all of which are introduced by the SUMEC-ITC from Brückner Maschinenbau Co., Ltd. in Germany. The production line has the characteristics of high efficiency of global single-line capacity, strong level of equipment automation, excellent energy saving and environmental protection performance. The 8.7m width, 450m/min winder line speed and five-layer configuration can significantly reduce production costs, improve energy and raw material efficiency, and meet the sustainability requirements of film production as much as possible. After the production line of the project is put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 200,000 tons of BOPP film, mainly producing pearlescent film, label film, beauty mask, general heat sealing film, synthetic printing film and other products, which are widely used in printing, packaging, decoration, adhesive tape and cigarette packaging and other industries.
