ADCOLE OptiShaft Series S upgraded optical shaft metrology gage is based on the joint design with a 75-year-old optical measurement professional company, and is a precision optical shaft metrology gage specially designed for the workshop. ADCOLE OptiShaft S60/03 is equipped with a helical angle automatic rotating shaft, which can achieve a maximum inclination of ±12.5° to facilitate the thread measurement.
Strong environmental adaptability
The upgraded version of ADCORE OptiShaft Series S has a granite base, which is insensitive to workshop temperature and can effectively reduce the vibration during the operation; the equipment is embedded with light curtain and provided with a tailstock that can be operated by one hand, protecting the operators while simplifying the operation; the equipment comes with the air nozzle and gun for cleaning the parts during measurement; and the optical system is retracted under the worktable during non-working hours to protect the components.
In the near future, with the upgrade of OptiShaft software, the temperature monitoring of each system will be further integrated to form a more perfect temperature compensation system, thus providing better services for the equipment.
Image acquisition and edge recognition
By virtue of an edge recognition algorithm with sub-pixel measurement accuracy, OptiShaft can effectively eliminate the influence of dirt on the surface of parts, accurately identify the edges of objects in images, and provide real part images for analysis and calculation, thus improving the measurement accuracy and obtaining more accurate edge information.
