The newly established project with an annual production of 300,000 m³ high-strength particleboard by Anhui Hongxiang Artificial Board Co., Ltd. is one of the key projects in Anhui Province for the year 2023. The series of equipment introduced by SUMEC Technology Company for this project includes a wood chipper, super screen, air separator, and glue mixer. These are critical equipment in the particleboard production process and are mainly responsible for preparing qualified wood chips, screening wood chips, and ensuring even mixing of wood chips and adhesive in the material preparation section. The high-strength particleboards produced using this series of equipment have several advantages such as low energy consumption, reduced wood consumption, lower adhesive usage, lower costs, lightweight, moisture resistance, and durability. The products are more economical and environmentally friendly.
