The first order of a new semiconductor brand! Equipment direct sales bear fruit again

Recently, the Malaysian QES semiconductor packaging and testing equipment represented by the technology company of SUMEC Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as SUMEC) was successfully delivered to the factory of Nanjing Ree-Chip Top Electrical Technical Co. The QES equipment directly sold by the technology company includes 2 third optical inspection systems and 1 post-welding automatic optical inspection machine. After the equipment is put into use, through the fully automatic optical inspection and quality check, it can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of customer process inspection and increase the existing production capacity.

In order to help customers promote the project process and overcome the difficulty that foreign engineers not being able to install and debug, the technology company dispatched a professional after-sales maintenance technical team to complete the independent installation and debug of equipment and after-sales training. While achieving business supply chain intensification and value chain maximization, the technology company has also provided customers with powerful supply chain integrated service solutions.
